Max LMG (Methoxygonadiene) is a progestational designer prohormone that converts to an active 13-ethyl-nor compound in the body. It was marketed as a non-methylated alternative for mass gains. Its progestogenic activity made it notably different from most other prohormones on the market.

Mechanism of Action

A non-methylated prohormone that converts to an active 18-methyl-19-nortestosterone derivative. The methoxy group at C-3 is cleaved during metabolism. The active metabolite has significant progestogenic activity in addition to androgenic effects. Does not aromatize but progestogenic effects can mimic some estrogenic symptoms.

Dosing Research

Typically dosed at 50-100 mg per day in oral form. Cycles of 4-8 weeks. Due to its non-methylated nature, it is less hepatotoxic than methylated compounds. Can be stacked with methylated compounds more safely. PCT is required, with special attention to prolactin management.

Side Effects & Risks

Progestogenic side effects including potential gynecomastia, water retention, and libido suppression. Lower hepatotoxicity than methylated steroids. Can increase prolactin levels. HPTA suppression. Cardiovascular strain through lipid changes. Very limited human safety data.
